Darien Gold

Introduced to Pilates in early 90s and certified with Romana Kryzanowska, states that every class is an exchange of energy from teacher/mentor to student/seeker; when a teacher and her students “listen and work with each other, we experience beautiful music of the body.”

A former dancer and gymnast, the Pilates Method was a natural for her. Having worked with professional athletes as well as dancers from the Juilliard School, and teaches both locally and internationally and online.

She produces and hosts a bi-monthly podcast, “All Things Pilates,” now in its sixth season. Originally conceived as a live radio show in 2017, she continues her interviewing style with those in the Pilates community.
